We do not accept returns for:

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if opened or used)
Items that are damaged due to misuse after delivery
Items that have been altered or combined with other products
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:
